Tip #1 - Address a Specific Problem
Provide a specific solution to a commonly encountered problem.
Open your eyes and look for a common problem. It can be an obvious one but nobody can give a unique solution. You are the one to give that specific solution. Do not give commonly available solutions. It will kill your customers quickly. You must give something different; something that people can only find out by buying your ebook. You can find there are many people selling products that are basically the same stuff.
You may not notice that “How to ...” is the most frequently searched phrase in Google. There are very limited number of ebooks in the App Store about “How to ...”. It is an undiscovered niche. Shaun is going go show you how to make money by writing about your interest.
Tip #2 - Define a Specific Market
It must be specific. Do not try to make it one-size-fit-all. You may see people trying to sell a book to all human beings. They do not sell because they are trying to sell it to everyone.
We you need to know it more than how to publish an ebook. It is about sensing the market. The more specific your market is. The more easily you can sell. There are less competitors in the market. Your listed price can be higher.
Tip #3 - Be Creative in Thinking a Unique Title
A unique title makes you stand out from your competitors. Search in Google to make sure that no other ebook has used the same title or similar wordings.
Do not use boring words. An eye catching title can drive much more potential buyers to you. Many authors missed this point. It makes their books buried with other similar books in the internet.
Tip #4 - Make the Creative Title Short
It is much easier to remember a short title than a long one. Therefore, make it as short as possible. We strongly advise you to make it between three to six words.
Given the limited space on iPhone screen, titles longer than six words are very easily be omitted. Check out the App Store of Books. You can find many books’ titles were not fully displayed. Buyers could only see the first three to four words of the title.

Tip #5 - Buy a Resale Right
This is the fastest way to make your ebooks. There are many ebooks in web that you can buy and resale. There are two rights sold for those books - Private Label Right and Master Resale Right.
What Are "Master Resale Rights"?
Master Resale Rights gives you the opportunity to sell both the product AND the resell rights. This increases value of the product significantly, because your customer may resell the product for profit too. You own the software completely.
What Are "Private Label Rights"?
Private label rights allow you to make another author's work show like it's yours by changing its content. That can vary from writing an introduction paragraph or editing the title to completely modifying it any way you want and add your name to it as the creator (with or without the condition that you HAVE to modify the content). Anything allowing you to change the content (except branding an affiliate link) is called Private Label Rights.
